Nemesysco is proud to announce the RA5 Risk Analyzer, the latest
state of the art technology in fraud mitigation. The RA5 system gives you the
ability to determine the veracity of an incoming claim call, without doing anything more than simply speaking as you
normally would during an intake interview. The RA5 Voice-Analysis
software application uses a special hardware device that is installed on
every claim manager PC to connect between the PC and the phone. Once activated, RA5 will scan
all incoming and outgoing calls from the post’s phone, providing you with
tools to rank and process the calls according to their risk
value. The RA5 now provides you
with the opportunity to IMMEDIATELY identify “honest claims” placing them
on a “fast-refund track”, Vs. “High Risk Claims” - that must undergo an
intensive verification procedure, in-depth interview, investigation, etc.
“Fast Track” is crucial for
enhancing and preserving your company’s image while at the same time
ensuring client retention by making sure that honest clients are paid out
immediately. Reducing the workload of
processing the low risk claims in the ”Fast Track” allows you to focus
more efficiently on the more problematic claims and use “Cognitive
Interviewing” techniques to get confessions and close cases. Additionally, the RA5 "online analysis messages" apply pressure to the “soft points” in the story and get on tape the evidence you might need to reject the fraudulent claim. RA5
Architecture
RA5 software uses "open
Architecture" structure, and can work as a stand-alone post, or as a part
of a network applying your company’s security policy and limitations. Every RA5 post can send, over the Internet, recorded conversation for in-depth professional analysis in Nemesysco's service center, and whenever RA5 is requested to do so, the calls will be highly encrypted using Nemesysco’s security level SBPB encryption. Tools
RA5 provides you with several
"analysis assisting" tools during the interview, including Online Textual
analysis messages, Final Risk Value for each call, tools to structure your
investigation conversation and more. The Online messages Each vocal segment that
passes through the RA5 system will be analyzed using Nemesysco’s powerful
voice analysis technology and will provide an automated analysis about the
changes in the “Emotional State” of the claimant after each voice
segment. The analysis can be:
“Truth”, “Excitement”, “Not sure”, “Stress”, “Inaccurate”, and even “HIGH
LOCAL RISK”. RA5 will also uses a special indicator to alert you to the
things your client REGRETS HAVING SAID!! The Final Risk Value The Risk Value is a result of
a very sophisticated formula designed for the purpose of making your life
as easy as possible by having all the hard work done automatically. The Risk Value takes into
account all the emotional parameters gathered during the conversation and
generates ONE value, ranging from a low of 5 to a high of 95. The Issue List / Script tool RA5 lets you design a conversation pattern, including all the
questions that need to be verified for each scenario, and your claim
processor will never be left alone and unguided during the call. The conversation scripts will be
designed jointly with Nemesysco’s experts and your professionals During the analysis
process, RA5 associates each “emotional” detection with the associated
issue, thus providing you with a quick way to detect the problems in the
claimant’s story. The Notes Editor When using the “script” option, or simply when you need to take a
note during the conversation, (like in the event that the system detected
some portions of the story as problematic) you can use the “built-in
notepad”. Your remarks will be saved together with the test file for further
reference. The Conversation Recorder RA5 records every conversation it analyzes. You can, once the test
is over: * Decide if you want to erase the
recording. * Keep it locally for further
analysis. * Send it to “Nemesysco’s Service
Center” for offline professional * Save it on the RA5 logging
server. The SEC3 tool - Cognitive interviewing SEC3 is Nemesysco’s technique of “Cognitive
Interviewing”, taking advantage on the claimant’s short term memory, and
“visually” drawing the time-line of the reported events and their
emotional readings. (SEC3 training is provided as a separate service to companies
that wish to use this method.)
